Rentals & Artist Retreats

Wells, boasts a very vibrant artistic community that can be drawn upon for support and camaraderie. With limited access to urban centres yet rich with nature and creative spirits, Wells is the perfect place to listen to and draw upon one’s own creative spirit. With the Sunset Theatre right next door, this little 100 seat theatre is capable of supporting a wide variety of staging/production requirements. An in-house technician will be on hand when required to help as much as possible to help make your project come to life.

There are a variety of packages available from renting just the theatre to renting just an apartment for a creative getaway or the combination of both. We would like to work with you to make it the best possible experience while meeting everyone's needs. The cost of each retreat is based on the number of applicants, required accommodation and number of days in the theatre. Some participants may prefer to only use the accommodation/studio spaces while others may wish to utilize the theatre to its fullest capacity.

Day Rates, Weekly Rates, Monthly Rates are available. Single Accommodation rates start at $50 per day for a one bedroom Apartment. Theatre rates start at $75 (rehearsal space only) if you are also renting accommodation. And up to $175 per day for full productions and workshops which includes an in-house technician.
