There are several options available for individual, small groups or companies. All accommodation can be Live/Work. You can also rent the Theatre separately at an additional cost.

Large One Bedroom Apartment (sleeps up to 6 comfortably)

This large one bedroom apartment is situated in an unique historic building—only one of it’s kind in North America left Standing. The view of the ’bog’ is breathtaking and certainly a n inspiration to get the creative juices flowing. Ideal for single or larger groups wanting to create together. Large Board Room/Dining Table is ideal for laying out projects and getting together for brainstorming sessions. Fully furnished and equipped except for Dishwasher! Artist s are welcome to Live/Work in the Apartment if this is their preferred environment.

Studio A (1 or 2 People)

This perfect little live/work studio is ideal for writer or musician of any ilk. Shared shower with larger studio next door this studio is fully equipped with one of everything you need to make your stay comfortable and productive. Wireless Internet access available, sorry - no dishwasher!

Studio Gallery (Sleeps 2 - 4 people)

Often used as a Gallery in the summertime this studio offers very large long walls to create murals, pin up ideas or just bounce ideas off of! Could be used as a small performance space if desired for maybe 20 - 30 people. Kitchenette available or can be used just as a studio. Shared Shower/Bath with Studio A.

Use of the Theatre available with or without apartment rentals

The Sunset Theatre is a fully equipped 100 seat historic theatre situated in an old gold mining town. This wooden structure is ideal for developing or presenting plays, music or dance. Renovations are on-going so dressing rooms and other small projects are still underway. Your rental of the theatre includes: Full use of the theatre includes internet, props, costumes, small resource library, use of all lighting and sound equipment, Projection Equipment, On-site technician if requested some extra fees may charged for this service but will determined on an individual basis.
