HTC was the former in-house theatre company for the Parliamentary Players from 2004 until 2016, the BC Legislature’s acclaimed summer theatre program. From 1993 to 2003 Danette was a co-artistic director of Barkerville’s renowned Street Theatre program. Danette has stuck to her applied roots and can be found directing and performing when she can here in Wells.

Danette Boucher is a playwright, actor, director and historical interpreter based in Wells, BC. She was awarded her Master of Arts degree In Applied Theatre (specializing in museum theatre/historical interpretation) from the University of Victoria's Department of Theatre with a BFA in 1989 and an MA in 2011.
