Our 2019 Season

From an intimate coming-of-age story with a twist that explores what constitutes “normal” in our world, an absurd treatise on the modern state of theatre featuring a goat (and puppets), to a rollicking Cariboo-set Christmas romp that celebrates the transformative power of theatre, the Sunset Theatre offers a smorgasbord of theatrical delight that will inspire, amuse, nurture and provoke.

exploration series

The Exploration Series is an opportunity for artists to let good ideas run wild. In the nurturing crucible of the theatre, we make room for playwrights to hone their new scripts by pairing them with dramaturges of their own choosing, host public readings and feedback to further their artwork.
