Artists Emma Jarrett and Sarah Guest are hosting this wonderful workshop, ArtAsResilience, at the Sunset Theatre in Wells on November 21st and 22nd, 2025.

Play in creativity, and learn about your nervous-system needs as you nurture all that you are in the artful wilds of Wells.

Writing & drawing exercises to get your pencil moving.
Poems & prose to inspire you, music to uplift you.
Applied Neuroscience education and coaching in embodied presence.

3 x 3hr workshop sessions: learn and create with expert co-facilitation and all materials provided.
PLUS free optional Saturday night movie in the Sunset Theatre, screening Nightbitch with Amy Adams from the book by Rachel Yoder.

We provide the materials or you bring your own and you can make away while taking in a movie about reclaiming your inner artist!
